All the specialties that make the region renowned have been on the map: mirabell, Munster, tomme of Pierre Percée, wine of the coasts of Toul… Moreover, the chef does not hesitate to organise meetings between these local products. On the menu, there are also large, carefully crafted classics, such as the head of the calf, the andouillette's andouillette, or the supreme of poultry stuffed with smoked magret.
