Every summer, the streets of Baccarat are invaded by machines propelled by calf power, bearing the effigy of numerous characters.
These funny, calf-powered machines are sometimes in the shape of Marsupilami, Tigger, Batmobile revisited or in the shape of pâté lorrain (a small local tribute). But above all, don't forget the competition, as the race counts as a round of the French championship organized by the very serious Fédération Française du club de voitures à pédales! Throughout the summer, numerous free street events are also on offer, including an open-air cinema.
