MUSEUM WORKSHOP CERAMICS AND GLASS EARTHENWARE
A nice museum with demonstrations in the ceramic workshop and techniques of glass and earthenware manufacture
The workshop museum welcomes you for a guided tour of the collections and manufacturing techniques (moulding and decoration) of the earthenware factories of Pexonne and Badonviller (19th-20th century). In the earthenware workshop, daily demonstrations illustrate the know-how. Exhibition-sale of the creations of the workshops: earthenware, glass paste, blown glass, fusing... In the shop you will find unique pieces or small series. Several local craftsmen exhibit their creations, including jewellers from the Baccarat Jewellery Pole and a wood turner. Custom-made creations are also possible. A nice museum for lovers of local and traditional know-how and where the memory of Lorraine's industry is passed on.
