FERME DES SABLES BLANCS

Ferme des Sables Blancs is a farm located in Cachen, in the Landes region of France. It specializes in poultry farming and also offers jarred products and asparagus. Vincent, the owner, took over the farm in 2013 and has since converted part of the land to organic farming. Camille, meanwhile, is in charge of the kitchen and offers traditional family recipes. Ferme des Sables Blancs puts ethics at the heart of its approach, offering well-bred meat and selecting local and/or organic suppliers for its ingredients. It delivers its products to businesses and individuals, with drop-off points in the Bordeaux, Mont de Marsan and Arcachon areas.
