Restaurant offering local and quality products with old fashioned recipes

Since July 1st, 2018, Nathalie, the new owner, welcomes you to Domaine de Saturnin, a farm-inn that also offers bed and breakfast, table d'hôtes and catering, specializing in local, quality products and recipes of yesteryear. The place is rustic and friendly, in a pretty renovated farmhouse. The approach is more organic than bio, in the respect of nature, animals and men: the hens and other poultry (Barbary ducks, guinea fowls, grey geese...) are raised, fed and cooked by the same meticulous and passionate hands, the vegetables come mainly from the garden and the other farm products are local. Chicken in hay and salt crust, homemade foie gras, duck baeckeoffe, dried duck breast stuffed with foie gras... so many specialities that are well worth a visit. You will appreciate to start the meal with... fruit, then, as a second course, the chicken quenelle bouillon and then the foie gras on gingerbread. Fourth service with homemade chicken ambrosia and braised artichoke hearts, then cheeses and for the most resistant, a plum mousse with its Nancy macaroon.
