Liqueurs, brandies, fruit production. A passionate fruit grower, Michel Denizot pampers his mirabelliers, planted on 40 hectares, to produce eau-de-vie. An operation that involves sorting the fruit in order to keep only the best, to produce quality spirits. The man of the land shares his know-how with us during a visit to the orchards and the distillery. There, he invites us to taste with moderation a small glass of drop (mirabelle plum several times gold medal winner). All the traditional and ancestral know-how is represented here!
