FERME MARQUENRY – PRODUCTION DE SPIRULINE
This farm in the Countryside produces a-year old micro-algae called Arthrospira platensis or blue algae, spirulina. In the field, under the serres-protected greenhouses, Julie Devic (see box) elevates these bacteria whose beneficial virtues for the organism have been demonstrated. By its composition, spirulina feeds, détoxique, stimulates the immune system, rebalancing the organism. During the tour visits, you will discover the long process to get, from this green paste resembling chopped spinach, either tablets, paillettes or chips. The particular mode of production ensures a very neutral taste, important to follow a cure without apprehension. No contraindications (children can take it).
