It's hard to resist the tempting window display at Patrick's tapas cellar/bar He uses fresh produce from the adjacent market to concoct delicious homemade tapas, which he serves on his pretty terrace on the banks of the Boudigau. Rock music, wine or beer in the glass (from independent producers!) and plates to savour without moderation: tortilla, Basque bacon with spices, tuna-mayo with truffles, delicious Basque ewe's milk, ravioli with truffled parmesan... Iberian charcuterie boards are also available to take away!
