Restaurant facing the channel offering themed menus according to the seasons in Capbreton.

Nathalie Mazeaud and Marc Buffet, for MB, welcome you to this pretty white house facing the channel. Sheltered from view, the large patio revolves around a magnificent plane tree with a gnarled trunk. Marc Buffet, a former assistant to Michelin-starred chef Guy Martin, gives himself carte blanche for the lunch menu, which is renewed every first Wednesday of the month. The chef also has fun devising seasonal theme menus: hunting, truffles, Christmas... A gastronomic address not to be missed! Reservations recommended.

Une surprise chaque mois ! Alors que la quantité fait toujours ses ravages il existe encore des îlots de fraîcheur culinaire qui allient découverte et raison. Ce restaurant ressemble bigrement à une inspiration salvatrice, une goulée de saveur qui viendrait redonner espoir au vrai, au goût de la surprise et de l’identité. Bref une adresse qu’on aimerait garder pour soi, mais elle mérite tellement d’être partagée…Un immense merci, Olivier Fourteau.
