The chef delights with his inventive, gourmet and generous cuisine and dishes made with fresh, seasonal and local produce. The menu changes with each season: roasted sea bass fillet, sweet potato purée and smoked bacon cream, long-braised beef chuck with its hearty jus, tagliatelle with Salish salt... For dessert, warm chocolate mousse, small praline flan or cheesecake of the week. A delicious moment!
