Bistro'Baya boasts a large terrace overlooking the ocean. A splendid view, but not only that! The chef delights with his inventive, gourmet and generous cuisine and dishes made with fresh, seasonal and local produce. The menu changes with each season: roasted sea bass fillet, sweet potato purée and smoked bacon cream, long-braised beef chuck with its hearty jus, tagliatelle with Salish salt... For dessert, warm chocolate mousse, small praline flan or cheesecake of the week. A delicious moment!
