Restaurant with terrace to share excellent tapas in Capbreton.

The Balcon terrace is a must for locals who come together with friends or family after a stroll around the market. At the end of the pedestrian alley, on the main square, you'll be seduced by the atmosphere of this old-fashioned café. Here, you can happily share excellent tapas while waiting for the main courses (cheeseburger, beef chuleta, mussels...). Extend the pleasure with a wide choice of galettes (wholemeal, 3-cheese, bergère, vegetarian...) or fresh fish. There's also a fine wine list.

Très déçus par qualité des plats proposés, nous avons commandé du poisson, il était pas cuit, en plus on a dû attendre Une éternité, les Les adultes ont été servis avant les enfants, le restaurant manque clairement d’organisation

Finally a café where life is good. Le Balcon, the adventure. An old café/hotel taken over by three friends who have chosen to preserve the atmosphere of the café at old. Simple but excellent menu, with fresh, a service which adapts to you, very low rates for the place, without forgetting the selected nice light local wines with taste. Authenticity to be sold. Squeezed and the maniacs will see elsewhere and will let the friends enjoy the end of the day with the aperitif, or by eating a pancake on this square of Capbreton sheltered from the wind!

The restaurant station seaside should be avoided: the food is not top (crepe is thickness of a brick and without any seasoning), the lamentable service (1hr between the moment when there assoit and where the dishes arrive, us never was our second pancake because the order was erroneous!), not even a sponge blow on the table: eat on sticking coca table the previous guests and an end of dried ham...
In a word as in hundred: avoid!
