La Cuisine could be called La Grande Cuisine! Assisted by his partner Isabelle in the dining room, chef Johann Dubernet will surprise you with a cuisine that would be too easy to call "inventive". The products are familiar, classic, even essential, but the aim is to highlight them in unexpected and colorful ways. The menu changes every 4 to 5 weeks. Un moment gustatif inoubliable dans ce que l’on peut largement appeler « le meilleur restaurant de Capbreton et alentours». Tout était excellent de l’accueil au dessert en passant par l’entrée et la gentillesse de Madame au service.
Ce restaurant mérite sincèrement d’être connu. Bravo, bravo, bravo !

petit restaurant, une vingtaine de places, accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Menu du nouvel an extraordinaire avec des plats dignes d'un étoilé ! amuses bouches, huitre gratinée avec un sabayon au vin jaune, carpaccio de saint Jacques, raviole de homard, biche avec une purée de panais au truffe, camembert avec une pomme façon tatin, macaron avec une crème au chocolat et glace à la vanille... super repas d'un vrai cuisinier qui visiblement prend du plaisir à cuisiner... un vrai régal à des prix corrects et justifiés
