CHEZ MARGOT
Restaurant offering a menu based on fish in Capbreton.
This restaurant was opened in place of La Brasserie du Port, in December 2014 by the former owners of the Port du Port in Capbreton. At first glance there were no major changes in the decoration. It is specified on facade and on the maps that fish arrive from Capbreton or from the auction of Saint Jean de Luz. With this precision, the card revolves around the fish, depending on the season and the arrivals. By comparing the 2nd and th menu, you can see that there are not many differences, if not the quantity of the seafood base proposed for entry: mussels, chipirons, peppers, marinade. Hake on crushed potatoes, sweet peppers and lamelles garlic strips, mullet fillets or fish parillada if you have trouble deciding. Each day, depending on the number of suggestions, you will be offered: bonito in sausage for example. Traditional desserts: rice rice, tumbling down to apples, ice cuts. It is clear that everything is house. Being located opposite the harbour is an asset; not enough to stand out from the nearby restaurants.
