CASA BELTZA
Located in the pedestrian street leading to the market, do not hesitate to push the door of Casa Beltza to discover the products that make the reputation of the region. Foie gras, cassoulet, tarbais beans, chorizo, Espelette pepper, rillettes, pâtés and various hams: serrano, Bayonne, Pata Negra, etc... It is even possible to enjoy tasty snacks on the premises, such as croque-monsieur au foie gras served with a pine nut salad, or slates to share made up of various cold meats and/or cheeses, and ready-made meals (daube de boeuf de Chalosse, cassoulet, navarin d'agneau, axoa de veau or de canard...). As an accompaniment, choose from the bottles on the shelves: a Clarito, a fresh and light Spanish wine, a red wine from Gascony, for example, or homemade beers. On reservation the day before, you can also come to the Casa Beltza to "brunch" in the patio. This delicatessen is a real good address where you will also enjoy a sandwich with foie gras or gratiné ewe and Pata Negra, but also with a sweet sweetness. Of course, all these products are for sale to take away.
