ALTIPLANO FARM
Farm to discover how livestock farming works
Get ready to meet a family of frequent travelers! Nearly 20 years ago, a dozen alpacas left the Andes Cordillera and crossed the oceans to land in the small village of Courcelles, in the heart of Lorraine. The acclimatization was not very difficult: they are now about sixty, sharing a peaceful life with their friends cows, oxen, rabbits, chickens, goats, ducks... A visit to the farm not only allows you to meet all these little people, but also to discover how breeding works, as well as the wool industry of these pretty little animals with their precious white coats. The farm also sells wool, berets, hats, socks, scarves and other precious homemade accessories to wrap yourself in when winter arrives. You won't be disappointed by the visit (and even less if you choose to taste it!).delicatessen from Lorraine, quiche, salad, cheese, cakes, etc. are just a few more arguments to attract the visitor.
