Funny name for a distillery, but not completely absurd either: transforming simple fruits into a brandy is often magic! Norbert Becker, chief sorcerer, is the heir to a centuries-old tradition, and knows how to protect the mysteries of its manufacture while at the same time making visitors discover his know-how. His many white spirits come from harvests of pears, mirabelle plums, quetsches, and cherries, via the still. The visit is pleasant: the guide is an authentic and endearing character. You will find it hard to refuse to taste his products, which have nevertheless earned him a "European golden laurel". A good opportunity to discover a trade that is unfortunately on the verge of extinction. To be consumed in moderation except for curiosity...
