Très grande déception pour moi, sous couvert d’une agence qui se dit conviviale, familiale, elle profite de la loi pour séquestrer mon argent. La loi n’impose pas aux agences le non remboursement. Booking.com m’a remboursé sans problème. J’ai fait confiance à cette agence en suivant leur conseil et en prenant toutes les assurances.... tout cela pour rien...
