Inn with terrace offering traditional and local cuisine with products from the farm

Traditional and local cuisine is served here: all the products used (or almost all) come from the farm or from the surrounding farms. The setting will delight gourmets as the hostel has three rooms and two terraces. On the menu: opera of foie gras and pork cheek confit in red wine, parmesan shortbread, chicken fricassee creamed with mushrooms, parsleyed apples, and for dessert, dacquoise with pistachio and milk chocolate. A gourmet and generous cuisine.

Très bien cuisine excellent décoration très intéressante avec beaucoup de vieux outils et anciens machines a coudre ainsi que des articles de vie des ancêtres

Un apéritif sans amuse bouches. Une salade vosgienne sans lardons..et beaucoup de salade. Un jambon braisé sec..et sans sauce !!!! 2 boules de glace et chantilly ( bof).....35€.... c'est cher pour un repas. Par contre belle animation avec DJ Jean Pierre
