Chapel at the top of the Saint-Pierre hill, would be the choir of an ancient church, with motifs and symbols of ancient times
At the top of the Saint-Pierre hill, overlooking the Vosges mountains, is the Saint-Pierre chapel attested as early as 1120 in the charter of the Abbey of Senones. This chapel is said to be the choir of the old church built in the 18th century: the three-lobed lintel with its engraved cross pattée, and the small window pierced in the wall, date from this period. This rectangular building covered with a gable roof, is reinforced in the corners by 4 buttresses. The ironwork of the door dates from the 15th century. The chapel, classified as a historical monument, was completely restored in the summer of 2017, bringing back motifs and symbols of ancient times.
