You might even get the chance to watch them being milked, suckled or taste some of their milk. Children can brush and cuddle the donkeys, then take an hour or two out with one of them in the village. You can also discover the work of a farrier (from preparing a shoe to fitting it). Angèle makes donkey-milk soaps and cosmetics, which you'll find in the store and in various other outlets.
