Appeler le restaurant pour une réservation et s'entendre dire "c'est pas le moment".... J'ai toujours aimé manger dans ce restaurant mais l'accueil téléphonique m'a refroidi. Il y a une façon de s'exprimer avec les clients avec un minimum de respect. S'ils ne veulent pas prendre d'appels entre midi et deux qu'ils mettent le répondeur ou alors qu'ils demandent gentiment de rappeler.
Mais là, ils perdent une cliente malheureusement.
