The menu changes regularly and the Chef's recipes evolve with the seasons, but here are two examples: oeuf en meurette with pinot noir and Alsatian onions and farm chicken supreme with cider and pommeau sauce, candied apple and spätzle. Vegetarian friends, the Chef will take great pleasure in preparing a dish full of colour and flavour. A must for locavores in the area.
