Restaurant offering dishes made with quality products.
After an experience at the restaurant La Ruelle des saveurs in Strasbourg-Krutenau, Lionel, the chef, opened this establishment in the suburbs of the Alsatian capital. The dishes are elaborated with quality products - the chef knows how to be creative - and are renewed with the seasons. Some examples to make your mouth water: wild boar in cider juice (in autumn) or rice risotto, candied carrot with orange. Fish are also available. Maxime, room manager and sommelier, will be able to advise you judiciously.
