Built on the industrial wastelands of a factory that produced locomotives, the establishment's decoration displays a refined style. The house speciality? The cordon bleu without a doubt! All doughs are homemade: fresh dough, pizza dough, bread dough... It's quite rare and it's a real treat! Gourmets can enjoy duck foie gras made by the chef, or smoked salmon in a traditional way. As for the famous chocolate charlotte, it will make you melt with pleasure, just like the profiteroles. The distinction of Master Restorer is not usurped. Excellente pizza et service rapide, mais souvent complet, ce qui veut dire très bruyant et indispensable de réserver. L'arrivée du tram ne va pas arranger ce problème.
