Restaurant located in the forest of Illkirch with a large bucolic terrace.

Located in the Illkirch forest, this restaurant welcomes you in a bright, contemporary setting. We love the large, bucolic terrace, and the roaring fire in the early winter. The dishes are hearty and of the highest quality: soft-boiled egg with cream of porcini mushroom and bacon, Black Angus beef nail tataki with "crying tiger" jus, red tuna with chimichurri sauce... And in the evenings only, our wood-fired tartes flambées are available in traditional, au gratin, forest, Munster, tomme and cured ham flavors, and sweet apple and cinnamon.

Ce restaurant caché au milieu d'une petite forêt et à côté d'un lieu de pêche est très charmant. L'environnement est très agréable et chaleureux. Le service est formidable, assez rapide (si l'on considère qu'il n'y avait qu'un serveur pour plusieurs tables) et la nourriture est très délicieuse à un prix tout à fait honnête. J'ai eu la chance de goûter le thon à la sauce chimichurri et c'était un excellent choix. J'aimerais revenir pour goûter d'autres plats. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant.
