CEFPPA (Centre Européen de Formation et de Promotion Professionnelle par Alternance pour l'Industrie Hôtelière) is a training establishment located in Illkirch-Graffenstaden, in the Grand Est region of France. Since 1990, it has been providing work-study training for young people in the hotel and catering trades. The courses on offer range from CAP to BTS, and are mainly based on work-study schemes. The teaching team helps students define their career plans. The CEFPPA is also open to people with disabilities. In addition to its initial training mission, the CEFPPA offers continuing professional training for employees and managers of hotel and catering companies. The CEFPPA's Resource Center provides a specialized documentary collection, as well as group and individual work spaces.
