From five generations of bakers, Benoît Gantzner makes bread and pastries as a real treat. In the catering section, you will find local products: cheeses, organic fruits, seasonal takeaway dishes prepared on site (Burgundy, gratins, curry, tajines...). To eat quickly, hot or cold sandwiches are also made. Among the local specialities, sublime homemade jams, honey, homemade chocolates, old-fashioned syrups to taste or to offer! Their bread is certified organic.

Bonjour je n'ai absolument rien à redire sur la qualité des produits , par contre je trouve déplorable de servir les viennoiseries à mains nues (il y a une pince à disposition) ainsi que le pain alors qu'il est très facile de le saisir avec le papier d'emballage, alors que la vendeuse viens de toucher l'argent , qui comme tout le monde le sait et une source de microbes abominable...

la meilleure baguette Bio que je connaisse, elle se congèle très bien et reste croustillante à la décongélation
To have tried, I really recommend Gantzer house, bread, but also the reception and the small that make it is family.
