The Fechter family butcher's shop has been in existence since 1870, and has been in business for 5 generations, so the experience is there! Their motivation? Defend an art of living, and satisfy the taste buds. The traditional charcuterie is made in their laboratory, in the respect of traditions. You can enjoy a tray for barbecues, beef, veal, veal, pork, poultry and lamb. Pies, puff pastry, ham in crust and ready-made meals to take away. Real Alsatian charcuterie and good regional dishes.
