Mother Nature is an educational shop, run by the students of CAP ECMS in Illkirch. In this nicely decorated shop, you will find local products offered by passionate local producers. On the shelves, jars of honey from the Val de Villé, mirabelle plum syrup from Wimenau, pasta from Ebersheim, salted sticks from Gundershoffen... On the wellness side, soaps from L'Esperluète and the well-known T-shirts from Pretzel Airlines. Not only will you be buying quality products, but you will also be offering valuable support to these students. Indeed, as part of their training, the young people manage the shop entirely (which operates on a deposit-sales basis).
