Nicole, Roland and their son Maxime are passionate beekeepers who have been promoting Alsatian local products for over 50 years now. They offer a very varied range of products from beekeeping: from honeys (from fir, chestnut, acacia, linden, flowers), to royal jelly, not to mention pollen or propolis, but also pure beeswax encaustic and candles that will perfume your home. Here, all the products are 100% local and homemade. In addition to shopping, you can also visit the farm and discover more about beekeeping. The family is also present on the Erstein market on Saturday mornings of even weeks. This beekeeper has been awarded several times. You must call before coming because there is no set time.
