A nod to the forge workshops of Castets! It's in this semi-industrial setting that the chef offers a different lunchtime menu every day, priced at 16 euros and featuring local, seasonal produce. Creativity is the order of the day. On the menu, the classics: foie-gras, chipirons, magret, hake, salad... Venus pour prendre un rafraichissement en fin d'après midi, à la vue de la carte, nous sommes restés diner. L'accueil est chaleureux, avec le sourire. La présentation des assiettes est digne d'un resto étoilé, la dégustation du plat est un vrai bonheur pour les papilles. Le concept pour choisir son vin est très original .......... à voir ! Ici, pas de carte à rallonge, mais le choix est suffisant pour se régaler. J'encourage toute l'équipe de ce restaurant à continuer à savoir recevoir, à donner du sourire et à nous régaler.
