Since 2017, Stéphane Chauvard has lived by natural sourdoughs and 100% organic native French flours. He became a baker out of love for the craft, and for good bread! In fact, Pain d'Ici was awarded the Grand Prix Coup de Coeur at the 15th Banque Populaire des Landes ceremony. Reduced salt content, low glycemic index, small spelt... Stéphane supplies some thirty professionals in the Landes region, including Maison Coussau in Magescq. Loaves and brioches are sold by weight. Other stores in Léon and Saint-Julien-en-Born!
