It all started with a tasting at Villa Mirasol... Foie gras from Ferme Jean Sarthe! We braved the Landes countryside to get to the cannery, in a village nestled in the bends of the Adour between Dax and Mont-de-Marsan. On this traditional breeding farm, Bruno Castaing and Guy Dehez produce a whole range of duck specialties under the Les Délices de Saint-Orens brand. Also available in the Basque Country, Gironde and by mail order.
