After a degree in food processing, Vaal worked for several brewers; a field that was already part of his life since in Alsace, his native region, grandmothers brewed at home. During the tasting, he will explain the work of the brewer, the subtleties of fermentation, the different tastes and his creations (kiwi des Landes, saffron, apricot...).
