Frank Fresson is one of the leaders of the French pastry industry. Coming from a great line of pastry chefs, he never stops reinventing his art and renewing his classics, such as the Minerai lorrain, invented by his uncle and revisited by him. It was he who inspired the famous Paris-Metz lemon-raspberry yellow macaroon. We also succumb to the chocolates, of an extreme delicacy, or to the ice creams and sorbets, ideal to refresh ourselves during the beautiful season. Nothing to envy with the greatest pastry chefs in France!
