A listed town with a rich heritage to visit in Liverdun.

Triangular, it is attached to the plateau by an isthmus on which opens the high door, placed in the 16th century between a round tower, recently restored, and a square tower of the 15th century. The whole, classified as a historical monument, is one of the last vestiges of the ramparts. The gate still has the harrow slide, the grooves of the drawbridge. The straps are the witnesses of old leaves. Former summer residence of the Bishops of Toul overlooking a bend in the Moselle, the Upper Town has a rich heritage that you can discover along a circuit. Enjoy your visit in the capital of the madeleine.
