A washhouse with a gable roof, a small window and three doors, with a commemorative plaque, located in Liverdun
At the top of the village is this washing machine that has existed since 1901. Consisting of a two-sided roof, a small window and three doors, it was intended, at the time of Mayor Nicolas Noël, to relieve the lavandières in their work by providing them with access to the banks of the Moselle. Its large basin is divided into two unequal parts and the walls are longés by a bench. This washing machine was used until recently. You are invited to read the commemorative plaque installed on the top of the washer and to contemplate the bricks made of bricks in this "closed" building.
