LA GARENNE PARK
Park of an eclectic composition, associating picturesque elements to elements of classic style in Liverdun.
Located not far from Nancy and Pont-à-Mousson, the park of La Garenne with its castle (known as Corbin) covers an area of 18 hectares. Very well planted with trees, the layout of the wooded elements is characteristic of the late 19th century. Of Art Nouveau inspiration, it was designed by the master glassmaker Grüber and the cabinetmaker and decorator Majorelle. Of an eclectic composition, it displays picturesque elements, such as an English-style river, a water tower, a false grotto associated with elements of classical style: basin, fountain, marquee. A must see!
