Training butcher Christophe Dumont is also an outstanding caterer. He himself manufactures beautiful terrine, offering his customers meat from the only French territory and labelled. He works on culinary preparations which are in cold entry, hot starters, mood dishes and a whole range of prepared poultry, meat and game. It is a surprise to us by preparing a tasty skewers from Saint-Jacques, presented on a flan of seafood or by offering us the lobster grilled. On the meat side, we have been enchanted by a cuissot of rabbits marinated in deer and a calf filet with ham ham and cream of tarragon. These preparations feel the simmered, delicacy and taste in all seasons. As cheese, the catering gourmet delights us with a feuilleté of fresh goat with basil and a sweet note, he knows to surprise us with pancakes made to apples, calvados and English cream, served lukewarm as it should. According to our budget Mr Dumont makes simple or very elaborate menus and offers a multitude of attractive and complete formulas to make the organisation of receptions of all kinds easier. Rental of dishes, training, installation and service can be provided by this talented caterer. Guests can only put their feet under the table. And simply taste. It's wonderful.
