A very nice address in Longwy. The cuisine is a tasty mix of tradition and perfection based on quality ingredients that change with the seasons: lobster clafoutis, fricassee of frog legs, Black Angus beef tartar cut with a knife... The plates are rich in colors which will delight not only your eyes but also your taste buds. All this thanks to David who excels in the kitchen and his wife Virginie who warmly welcomes you. A chic and urban setting where reservations are imperative because people rush there all year long.

En cuisine, le chef David va ravir vos papilles en sublimant des produits de saison. Sa carte change chaque trimestre et celle d'hiver est un délice (os à moelle, bar de petit bateau, croustillant de boudin noir, sablé citron et mandarines rôties, entre autres délicatesses).
En salle, Virginie saura vous conseiller en bonne œnologue et vous proposer un accord mets/vins parfait à prix raisonnable.
Service précis et efficace. Un restaurant où nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli et délicieusement servis.
