The Enamels and Earthenware Museum is housed in the Manutention building, erected in 1753. Protected by the ramparts of the Vauban citadel, it was originally used to make bread. The museum houses a complete collection of enamels and earthenware from the Longwy factory. In recent years, the museum has also been enriched by a collection of 190 pieces: works by Caranza, Rudhart, Schuller, Martinus, Kruytenbrouwer... Allow about 1h30 for this fascinating visit.

Sehr nettes kleines Museum
Hat mir gut gefallen ,die Ausstellungsstücke sind wunderschön, (schöne Kunst Arbeit) war bisschen länger anwesend, weil die nette Dame in der Rezeption hat mir noch viele nützliche Infos über die Geschichte der Emaille Herstellers/Familie in Longwy gegeben,und den Verbindungen zwischen Luxembourg / Villeroy & Boch ,immer mal schön was neues zulerne.
Kann jedem empfehlen der mal in Longwy ist da vorbei zuschauen,

Nous avons eu la chance de le visiter pendant le week-end du patrimoine et il y avait des animations. C'était très sympa une bonne ambiance régnait dans les rues ????
