HARVEST PARK
Parc des Récollets, a pleasant place in Longwy Bas, to relax and stroll in the flowered alleys, ideal for families.
Created in 1910 on the initiative of Saintignon & Cie, the park takes its name from the former convent of Les Récollets, which once adjoined the site of the park. It is also here that the spring known as "Les Récollets" was discovered before the First World War, heralding the success of the thermal baths at Longwy. In 1927, the park was redeveloped by the city architect, Pierre Dupuis, before becoming a public garden. It is today a pleasant place in Longwy Bas, to relax and stroll in the flowered alleys, meeting place for families and nature lovers....
