You can find yourself in the shopping gallery of the Intermarché de Ludres, whatever you say, the Trappeur cabin is almost a little bit of Canada or a stopover in the Far North but not far from home. In fact, the secret is no longer a long time, to look at the near-full room every noon… (Think to book, or try to arrive before rush!) The deco is worked carefully - wood almost everywhere, as chalet of mountain-hunting and fishing, the impeccable service, and if the chef doesn't propose Putin, you eat it really well, with fresh products from the market, and traditional cooking in the common sense sense - even bread is made home, you can buy it on site if it tells you. And since it's "necessary to eat if you want to become a true mountain" (cinemakers will appreciate), it serves mainly dishes based on cheese, potatoes or meat in sauce, all served in quite generous quantities. There is also the quality of desserts, including a "gourmand tea" which allows you to enjoy both chocolate foam, delicious tatin pie or cream burnt to bergamot. Frankly nice and friendly, we're going out with the desire to go back!

Dommage que les salades soient servies avec de la laitue médiocre et des tomates pas mures. On n'a pas non plus été emballés par la saveur des plats principaux. Mal tombés ? Je ne sais pas mais on n'a pas franchement envie d'y retourner, malgré un service agréable et l'ambiance chaleureuse.
Bon point malgré tout pour ceux qui y vont régulièrement, il y a une carte de fidélité.
