At Alex'Cellent, everything is excellent! We're delighted to discover traditional French cuisine concocted with love and creativity, reminiscent of the good dishes of our childhood. Madeleine de Proust guaranteed! You can enjoy blanquette de veau, poultry supreme with porcini mushrooms or quasi de veau with morel mushrooms, not forgetting the aumônière de cabillaud blanc with yuzu sauce. Menus and suggestions are cooked the old-fashioned way, on a slate, and we love it. The dishes change every week for our pleasure and, above all, for optimum freshness.
