Situated in the old quarter of Lunéville, the 34-seat establishment, in rustic style, is warm, with fine and tasty menus. The scallops are flavoured with Noilly Prat and accompanied by Lorraine truffles. The puff pastry of frogs' legs and snails melts in a garlic cream. The foie gras ravioles with smoked duck breast are a great success. The address really deserves the detour and offers excellent value for money. Among its unmistakable items, its menu de la Reine, composed of a small salad of sweetbreads and duck aiguillettes or a foie gras fried on a bed of spices. Fish lovers will be delighted with the turbo puff pastry with juniper butter or the scallop cassolette with morel mushrooms. Giblet lovers will appreciate the veal kidneys with port. Authentic dishes that will satisfy even the most gourmet. To round off this feast in style, you will be dazzled by the Marie Leszczynska Crown.
