It was in 1872 that the company opened its doors in the town. The Ducs de Lorraine, melting meringue pralines, or the Réverbères, flaky pralines bearing the effigy of the Lunéville earthenware, made its reputation. The shop window also reveals a wide choice of macaroons that change with the seasons, the most original of which was perhaps the very first, the pumpkin macaroon with its heart of candied strawberry, as a tribute to the cucurbit whose festival is organised every year at the château.
