THE GARDEN OF THE DOUËRA
A picturesque garden bearing witness to Malzéville's glorious Belle Époque past.
We love this picturesque garden located in the Nancy area. A true jewel of the 19th century that is still too little known. Characteristic of pleasure gardens, it bears witness to the glorious past of the Belle Époque. At the bend of an alley, the time of a stroll, one would almost believe oneself in a country of the Maghreb. It houses an unusual building of Mozarabic inspiration. The Douëra is an oriental residence having the appearance of a small mosque. The bourgeois house opens on three rooms of orientalist style. Free access and to discover, really.
