FERME-AUBERGE ARGILE ET GRÈS
Spacious farmhouse inn in a rural setting where traditional Lorraine dishes are the order of the day
This farm hostel is located in a resolutely rural setting. The owners, cattle and pig farmers, are committed to growing the products they pass on to their customers. Quite unusual for a farm hostel, the reception capacity is impressive: the two separate rooms can accommodate no less than 120 people! Of course, traditional Lorraine dishes are in the spotlight. To begin with, we suggest the 18th century pie or the Lorraine pâté. For the main course, you can choose, for example, between roast pork with honey and thyme and bone ham with cream, shallots and grey Toul sauce or the house speciality, the Pierre-Percée tomme tart. For dessert, treat yourself with hazelnut and walnut charlotte or mirabelle plum tart! For lovers of terroir and authenticity.
