The craft beer market is booming. Craft breweries and microbreweries are springing up all over the place, shaking up a market hitherto dominated by large international groups. One example is La Fabrique des Grô, in Maxéville, which offers several ranges of beer: a main range, an ephemeral range and a range in which the beer is aged in wooden barrels that have already been used for other alcohols. In a very punk spirit, the brewery is also a cultural venue where concerts are organized throughout the year.
