Restaurant offering Landes gastronomy located in Dax.

A place created by local producers! The engravings on the walls are a reminder that this is Place de la Course, a mecca for Landes racing. The building backs onto both the ramparts and a pretty building whose courtyard is entirely devoted to Landes gastronomy, with "Le Marché" (the duck products store on the Donzacq family farm) on one side, and "La Cuisine" on the other, where you can sample these famous products.

Cadre très agréable mais service beaucoup trop long pour un plat du jour (45mn d'attente) et manque de cuisson de certains poissons de la Parillada.
